CSO Whistleblowing
CSO has always promoted a corporate culture based on ethics, correctness and transparency.
CSO, in execution of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has therefore set up an internal channel to report any violations to the Supervisory Body
legal provisions or the CSO Code of Ethics.
Please remember that anyone can send reports, even anonymously: employees, former employees, customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, etc.
It is necessary that each report contains elements that can allow the facts under dispute to be verified.
It is possible to make a report via:
- the Whistleblowing platform which allows both reporting in written form and via protected voice communication systems as required by the ANAC Guidelines
- email to the CSO Supervisory Body:odv@csoitalia.it.
We remind you that absolute confidentiality is guaranteed to the reporter, the facilitator and the people involved in the report. Furthermore, any form of retaliation for reporting a report is not permitted or tolerated. If you believe you have suffered retaliation as a result of reporting, you can report it to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).
All processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
To find out more about the legislation in question, you can consult the Whistleblowing Procedure, the Privacy Policy and the FAQs.
